Privacy Policy

What we store

• Account and contact. A randomly generated guest key, your chosen display name, and, only if you link one, the account identifier from Google or X sign-in. We collect an email address only when you voluntarily sign up for Asha Arena updates or include one with an account-deletion request. Newsletter addresses are used only for Asha Arena updates and removed on request through Support.
• Age. The year of your birth, asked once before an account is created. We ask for the year and store the year: never a full date of birth.
• Play. Game scores, the gold (denarii) ledger, and world state you create: your character's look, pets, ships, estates, tapestries, and similar.
• Social. Chat messages in rooms and at tables, your presence in rooms while online, and friend connections.
• Feedback. Text you send through the in-game Feedback scroll, including the optional voice note if you record one.
• Prize deliveries. If, and only if, you redeem gold for a physical prize at the Prize Counter, we store the postal address you give us with that order so we can send it: a name, street, city, country, and the region and postcode if you supply them. It is attached to the order rather than to your account, it is used to post that prize and for nothing else, and it is never shared beyond what a carrier needs to deliver the parcel. A canceled order keeps its record, because that record is the receipt for the gold we returned to you, and the address is deleted along with the account when you ask us to delete it.
• Analytics. Anonymous usage events (which rooms and games are opened, buttons pressed) and coarse, country-level geography derived from network addresses, used only to understand traffic and improve the world. For traffic from the iOS app, the network address may be captured and analyzed to derive that geography, but the full address is not retained.

What we never do

• No advertising SDKs, no third-party trackers, no cross-app tracking.
• We never sell or share your data with data brokers.
• Voice chat is peer-to-peer between players; it never passes through or gets recorded on our servers.

Deletion and questions

Use Delete account & data in the in-game ☰ menu to send an authenticated deletion request, or use the public account-deletion request page outside the app. After verification, we delete the account and associated personal data except records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. The support page accepts privacy questions and other requests.

Children

Athena’s Palace is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Before an account is created we ask for your year of birth. If the answer is under 13 no account is created, nothing is stored on our servers, and you are sent to kids.platosplaza.com, a playground that keeps its progress on your own device and sends nothing anywhere.

If an existing account tells us it belongs to someone under 13, it is erased immediately and automatically: every row belonging to it is deleted in one step, and we do not keep the age answer that told us.

Players under 18 can play, but cannot buy gold, receive gold from another player, take a seat at a poker table, or enter a pool that costs gold.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
